The number of appointments increased 8.2% last week over the previous week. Our Sold/ Appointment Index rose to 16.3 appointments on average per property sold during the week. It looks like buyers are coming off the fence and getting familiar with the market once again. Hamilton price ranges remained steady, and for the 2nd week in a row, the $1-2M was bumped out of the Top Price Ranges in Burlington.
